4-POINT HOME INSPECTION: $125.00 starting price

A 4-point home inspection is a limited inspection that includes inspection of the HVAC
(heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system, Electrical system, Roofing, and Plumbing
in the home.

FULL HOME INSPECTION: $300.00 starting price

A full home inspection is an inspection of the major home systems, their crucial
components, and their operability. It will cover items that a 4-point inspection does not,
such as the foundation, windows, flooring, walls (inside and outside), doors, ventilation, insulation,
kitchen appliances, and more. This is a more extensive inspection of the home.

WIND MITIGATION INSPECTION: $125.00 starting price

A wind mitigation inspection lets your insurance company know how well your home can
withstand hurricane-strength winds. Wind mitigation is the process of adding features to a
home to help withstand and increase resistance to high winds caused by major storms or
hurricanes. These include the roof covering, roof-to-wall attachments, roof shape, and
impact-resistant openings (doors, windows, and skylights).

ROOF INSPECTION: $100.00 starting price

A roof inspection is an inspection of the condition of the roof covering such as shingles,
tiles, etc. along with the underlayment, attachment of the roof covering, and the flashings
around the roof openings (vents, skylights, chimneys, etc.) that prevent leaks from forming
on the roof.

Inspection reports will show the failures found during the inspection and will describe
the level of the defects revealed during the inspection. The report will also recommend
that any dangerous or safety issues be addressed in such a way that the reader will
understand how to proceed after the inspection.
